August 2006 - Coldsweep, Inc. and Overland Capitol Corporation have signed an agreement to develop a franchise concept based on the dry ice blasting that Coldsweep has been performing for a wide variety of customer during the past 5 years. The new franchise will be called Coldsweep Solutions, Inc. and the group plans to begin offering franchises the first quarter of 2007.
